@BARNETTFABIAN get the last of the phenoms while u can. Something ur gonna notice pretty quick here is the FX will go down in price once the phenom stock is out. FX already has their quad cores lower in price.

@puttesnutte208 yes but you can get better performance on the 2nd gen i5 and i7 which is slightly higher in price.
i5 2500k $219 4 cores
i72600k 319 4 cores 8 threads.

As someone that has no experience in overclocking to safe settings nor has any watercooling systems in place, what would be the safest ghz mark to overclock this processor too?
